NO, we will do not sell “unrestored” machines, we will only sell premium quality restored machines and new machines.
All our machines are covered by 24months technical warranty, where we will always help you fix any problems on your machine. We offer on-site pinball machine repairs through independent technicians located throughout the country we can even arrange to come and have a look at it for you.
We offer a 14-day exchange plan (subject to the machine not having more than the maximum number of games on it, or it being a special order) where we will exchange it for a game of the same value or (if you wish to pay extra) more.
No. We do not rent out pinball machines.
Yes. Occasionally high demand new in box games are not in stock for quite some time. Games available for pre-order are clearly stated on the game specific page under “Lead Time.” Typically, we take a $1,000 refundable deposit for pre-orders. Once the game is in stock and ready to ship, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions regarding pre-orders.

No. We do not. But we are considering to offer commercial lease/finance options through a third party company.
We accept wire and cryptocurrency transfer. For cryptocurrency payments, we accept only Bitcoin and Ethereum. Details are available on request.
